No refunds accepted. We are providing the best quality hair to our clients. Only exchanges will be accepted. We must be notified within 72 hours from the time received. Hair must be unworn and returned back in the original condition in which it was sent.

  • Why JeejeeHair?

JeejeeHair takes pride in having top of the line quality assurance from start to finish. Our hair is 100% virgin and unprocessed. Our cuticles run in the same direction from top to bottom with strong wefts to ensure a natural look. Our hair is lightweight and will provide you with natural flow in movement, while also providing you with fullness and natural luster. Our hair is free of chemicals.

  • How long will my hair lasts?

JeejeeHair can lasts for 2+ year, however the longevity of your hair will ultimately depend of the daily and overall care that is provided to the extensions.

  • Can I dye my hair?

JeejeeHair is authentic, you will be able to dye your hair. We recommend using an experience stylist to achieve your desired color.

  • Should I cut my wefts?

Cutting of wefts are not recommended because it can promote shedding. However, in the case that your wefts must be cut, seal your wefts appropriately to maintain integrity and longevity.

  • How long should I expect my items to ship?

Processing of the items take 2-3 days. We only use priority shipping for our products. Your hair should arrive 2-3 days after shipping. International Shipping may require a longer time frame based on the country. We are not responsible for any importing fees charged by the country for international orders.

  • Why does the billing and shipping address on my order have to match?

In order to maintain a fraud-free environment we require that the billing and shipping address on every order matches or we will cancel your order.

  • Does JeejeeHair offer student discounts?

  • How many bundles should I purchase?

The amount of bundles purchased is based on the fullness that you desire to achieve. For all inches 20” and up, we recommend that you purchases a minimum for 3 bundles. For all bundles 28” and up then we would recommend purchasing 4 bundles or more.
